How we work

We regard our role as someone who is at your side, helping you find your own solutions. Our involvement in your development process is as long as necessary, but as short as possible.

During the intake we will discuss your request for help and we will agree mutually which approach is best for you. Is coaching or counselling best suited to your question or is psychological therapy the most effective? During intake, we will try to answer this question, and draw up a treatment plan that is tailor made.

Trajects at HELDER are often insightful, aiming to uncover underlying patterns. But they can also be very hands-on, focusing on patterns that have developed mostly in your daily routine. We will evaluate regularly to make sure we are still on the right track to help you meet your goals.
